Friday, May 25, 2012 Just before 4pm Company 56, Engine 34, Ladder 35, and Medic 108 were dispatched to the 800 Block of North Eagle Rd. for a garage fire. Squad 56 arrived to find a small electrical fire, stretched a handline and secured the power. Ladder 35 opened up to check for extension while Engine 34 handled the water supply assignment.  While crews were restoring the apparatus Company 15 (Radnor), 39 Montco (George Clay) were dispatched to 476 South at Rt 30 for an auto fire. Company 15 units arrived to find a tractor trailer fire well involved with fire extending into the trailer. 15-9 established Blue Route Command and requested Station 23 Montco (Bryn Mawr) Station 53 (Broomall) Station 56 all for 2 engines and Station 35 (Brookline) and Station 41 (Newtown Square) both for foam. Units assisted with fire suppression, water supply, and overhaul.  Rehab 313 of MontCo was also on scene. Company 56 cleared and returned to town in just under an hour and a half.  Pics from Sta 41.
