Thursday, December 3, 2009 - At just after 2:30am Companies Company 34, Engine 35, and Rescue 58 were dispatched to the 100 block of Juniper Road for the dwelling fire. HTPD arrived and reported heavy smoke conditions and that all occupants were out and accounted for. 34-9 arrived and assumed command. 34-9 added Engine 38 for the RIT. Engine-35 dropped a 5" in line to the scene and supplied 34-2. Crews from 34, and Rescue 58 led off with an 1-3/4 line and quickly backed it up with a 2nd line. RIT 38's crew was put into service with suppression and overhaul duties, thus 34-9 added Engine 56 for the RIT and Rescue 56 for manpower. Heavy smoke was pushing from throughout the bldg. Fire was found in the rear bedroom. A quick knock was put on the fire with some extensive overhaul to be done. Thanks to Brian Feeney for the pictures.
